Chops frozen/fresh meat, uses pre-hole plate, knife, and hole plate depending on the producing goods.
Default HOLE PLATE specifications are 3, 5, 8, 10㎜ and meat formation doesn’t get damaged during chipping.
Frozen Meat also can be chopped if HMG-130 / Flaker is used together. (Attachment of 2-step screw)
This model allows chopping frozen blocks during connection operation with flaker, like the HMG-200 / HMG-130model and using it as fresh meat only type involves installing Bone elimination system. (Attachment of 2-step screw)
