Short time defrosting is possible and there is a slight chance of defrosting loss due to occurrence of defrosting drip and highly hygienic defrosting is possible.
The machine secures smooth meat quality through forward run, backlashing, pause STEP in Vacuum State.

01 Tumbler gradient
Gradient of the machine according to loading and unloading of meat.
Gradient angle of the Drum inclines 22° upwards and 30° downwards based on feeding entrance of the Drum.
02 Hot Water & Cold Water Circulation
Defrosting fluid circulates into the Drum wing through the Drum jacket.
At this point, the machine quickly and effectively defrosts Frozen Meat through forward run, backlashing, pause stage of the Drum.
03Steam Spray in Vacuum State
Curing fluid is absorbed into processed meat softened by rotation and friction, fall and impact in Vacuum State to accelerate curing process.
04Control Panel
Not only auto operation, but also Manual operation, Timer function, Alarm function or Graph can be performed using the Touch Screen.
